The levels of Oleocanthal and Oleacein present in PAMAKO Monovarietal were extremely high compared to similar products tested earlier. Oleocanthal and Oleacein are known for their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, cardioprotective and neuroprotective activity.

PAMAKO olive oil has one of the highest concentrations of hydroxytyrosol-tyrosol and derivatives (as discussed in European regulation 432/2012) in the world. Daily consumption of 4 grams of our oil is enough to protect blood lipids from oxidative stress, according to that European guideline.
