A few words about the herb and its preparation
The ideal way to prepare the drink is infusion.
Place 0.8g (about 1 tsp) of herb per cup in a sealable container. Pour over hot water (95ºC) and leave for 8 minutes. Strain and serve.
Try it cold and enjoy a refreshing drink during the hot months of the year.
