One of the most important moments in the annual cycle of beekeeping is when the time comes to harvest honey! At Anthea’s once a year, in July, the thyme honey.
The production and collection is done with responsibility and absolute respect for nature. Honey is extracted and standardized by heat treatment in a modern apiary, applying the strictest safety and hygiene rules. Honey is of excellent quality, containing all the aromas of thyme, along with its healing and nutritious properties.
