Brigada – Black Label Extra Virgin Olive Oil!

Brigada is an extra virgin olive oil of superior quality. It comes from olives of the Mavrolia variety with an excellent aroma and taste, which is produced in Taxiarches, Ilias. Cold-pressed olive oil obtained directly from the olives by mechanical means.

Its name is inspired by the place of its production, Brigadiers, and by the Spanish term “Brigada”, which refers to the hierarchy system of chefs in the kitchen. It comes in a glass bottle with a wooden cap.
