Brigada is a superior quality extra virgin olive oil produced in Taxiarches, Ilias. Cold-pressed olive oil obtained directly from the olives by mechanical means.

Its name is inspired by the place of its production, Brigadiers, and by the Spanish term “Brigada”, which refers to the hierarchy system of chefs in the kitchen. Olive oil with a balance between bitter and spicy, with a strong and characteristic fruity aroma.
