Entelechia olive oil comes from the green olive of Halkidiki, which is produced exclusively by cold pressing. Because it follows this process, it retains its rich taste, aroma and color.
It belongs to the medium intensity olive oils with bitter, spicy taste and long aftertaste. It is characterized by the aromas of fresh grass, olive and tomato leaves, artichoke and almond. In addition, the antioxidants are preserved as well as the vitamins A, K, D that it contains. Its acidity remains low.
Entelechia olive oil is available in a dark glass bottle, which protects the oil from light and helps maintain its excellent quality.
