- The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Patrinia Organic whose olive groves are located in the seaside village of Mellisi in Corinth. A balanced olive oil with a delicate and sweet aroma, with a light fruity taste and herbal notes. Just 1.5 tablespoon, 20g of Ladolea olive oil per day is an excellent source of antioxidants. The European Food Safety Authority has approved the health claim (Commission Regulation (EU) 432/2012) that olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. It is a cold pressed oil. It accompanies green salads and grilled vegetables, meat and fish, ideal for barbecues, marinades and sweets.
- The Organic Sweet Vinegar is of the Ahiorgitika variety. The vineyards are located in the area of Nemea in Corinth and the wine used for its preparation is P.O.P. It is a product of organic farming, certified by the Biohellas Institute. It is harmoniously combined with green salads, fish, red pasta sauces, marinades.
