Pappous is an extra virgin single variety olive oil, 100% Koroneiki variety, which is harvested in the months of November and December in the area of Dafni Elida. The fruits are ground on the same day of harvest in a traditional olive mill. It is an olive oil rich in polyphenols and with low acidity.
