Sofia tis Fysis – Sweet Vinegar!
Two traditional products from grapes of the variety of Agiorgitiko, red wine vinegar and pure grape syrup, petimezi, are combined into a unique product, in order to produce this sweet vinegar. Smell the aroma of the Agiorgitiko and taste the sweetness of the petimezi and the acidity of the vinegar in a single drop!
Try it on salads, sauces, vinaigrettes, marinate meat and sea food.
