By Direct Bank Transfer: olicatessen.gr accepts payments by direct bank transfer. Make your payment directly to our bank account at National Bank or Piraeus Bank or Alpha Bank. Please use your order ID as proof of payment. Your order will not be shipped until the total amount has been cleared in our account. All bank charges are the responsibility of the customer. <\/p>\n\n

By Debit or Credit Card: olicatessen.gr accepts debit and credit cards via VivaWallet. Purchasing by card on our website is completely secure. All purchase information is encrypted in order to protect your card. If your card is declined, your order cannot be completed and an automatic message will appear on your screen. <\/p>\n\n

With PayPal: PayPal is an electronic wallet where you can securely store all your payment options, such as your bank account or your debit and credit card. When you want to make a payment, you do not need to type your card number on our website. Simply click on the PayPal button, log in with your PayPal account and choose the method you want to make the transaction. PayPal will complete the payment without you having to share any information with the website. <\/p>\n\n

Product Tax<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

All prices shown for products on our website include product tax but not shipping costs. The total cost of your order is the price shown for the products and the shipping costs depending on the shipping address. <\/p>\n\n

Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

All orders are received and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day. The shipping cost of each order is: (i) for any area within Greece, 2.90 euros \u2013 3 euros – 5.60 euros depending on the courier and the delivery area, (ii) for the rest of Europe within the Schengen Agreement, 19.90 euros, (iii) for the rest of Europe outside the Schengen Agreement 29.90 euros and, (iv) for the rest of the world, 39.90 euros \u2013 49.90 euros \u2013 59.90 euros depending on the country of delivery. Orders within Greece are shipped daily with Geniki Taxydromiki or BOX Now and to the rest of the world with DHL or FEDEX. <\/p>\n\n

If the weight or volume of the parcel\/parcels (or combined weight and volume) exceeds the predetermined shipping cost and\/or the delivery address is to a remote location, the company reserves the right to change the shipping cost depending on the cost incurred for each shipment, in accordance with the price list of the cooperating companies.<\/p>\n\n

Returns and exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

All products are carefully packaged and shipped in excellent condition. However, in the event that your order contains a defective product, you can return the product and we will do everything possible to replace it or refund your money. In this case, you can return the product within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel. The company does not accept returns except for defective products. <\/p>\n\n

In the case of defective products, for which replacement is not possible or you do not wish to have a replacement, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs for returning the product.<\/p>\n\n
