The choice of excellent raw materials is the basis for each Domori product. With the support of President and founder Gianluca Franzoni, the Domori team chooses passionate suppliers with the desire to produce superior cocoa. The search for high quality raw materials is not limited to cocoa. It also includes all the ingredients combined with it, PGI Piedmont hazelnuts and Agrimontana candied fruit. <\/p>\n

Controlling the entire production chain is an essential value to ensure the quality of the Domori chocolate. All the cocoa used in its products is selected through a variety of ways that grow within the company. This ensures that raw materials always have the highest and most sophisticated standards. <\/p>\n

Its innovation is based on the combination of excellent raw materials and the technology it uses. Scholarship at every production phase is essential for the maintenance of perfumes in each cocoa grain. Baking at low temperatures. Domori focuses on the careful choice of properly fermented cocoa that is rich in valuable aromatic notes. The temperature of 120 \u00b0 C is sufficient to bake cocoa, further enriching its aromatic profile. <\/p>\n

Domori black chocolate is produced according to the shortest and simplest recipe. Only cocoa paste and sugar cane sugar. No emulsifiers or artificial fragrances, no cocoa butter except that is naturally found in cocoa granules.
