Eleftheriou – Carob Rahat!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rahat<\/strong> is an innovative product! It is a handmade black halva<\/strong> made from 100% carob flour,<\/strong> 100% carob honey,<\/strong> whole grain tahini, raw sugar<\/strong> and ground peanuts.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Halva is a healthy<\/strong> and very nutritious<\/strong> tahini-based dessert that comes from grinding sesame seeds. It is a snack that can be enjoyed at any time of the day, providing energy and strength to the body \u2014 the perfect sweet treat during fasting.<\/p>\n

A few words about the company<\/p>\n

The Eleftheriou family, refugees from Axos in Cappadocia, settled in Drama. Over the years and after many efforts they managed to create a product with its own personality and character, the Eleftheriou halva mastic. Mstichatos means kneading not only with the hands, but first with the soul and the senses. <\/p>\n

The new generation uses the skills and experience of the older ones and, combined with new technologies, creates new innovative products.<\/p>\n

The products are strictly Controlled Production, Limited Quantity and Family Affair as they are produced only by the Eleftheriou family.<\/p>\n
