Perbellini – Brutti e Buoni!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Brutti e Buoni<\/strong> by Perbellini are traditional Italian meringue biscuits known for their crunchy texture and rustic appearance.<\/p>\n

Their name translates to \u201cugly but good,\u201d reflecting the contrast between their irregular shape and their irresistible flavour.<\/p>\n

They are made in two varieties:
\u2022 chocolate and hazelnut<\/strong>
\u2022 lightly toasted almond<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each flavour is baked separately, cooled and then packaged together, offering a delightful combination of textures and aromas.<\/p>\n

Pasticceria<\/strong> Perbellini is a historic name in Italian pastry making, with roots dating back to 1872<\/strong>. The company was founded by Luigi Perbellini in Isola della Scala, near Verona, and has grown through generations of pastry chefs who have preserved the tradition of artisanal confectionery.<\/p>\n

In 1891<\/strong>, Giovanni Battista Perbellini created the famous Offella<\/strong> d\u2019Oro, a soft almond cake that became a symbol of Veronese pastry tradition.
