A product that combines the classic frumenty with the deep earthy flavor of porcini mushrooms and the particularity of Kozani saffron. Durum wheat flour is kneaded with water, black pepper and Kozani saffron. Then it is dried in natural conditions and dried Greek porcini mushrooms, dried parsley and a little potato are added. Thus, Agrozimi – Mushroom Soup contains all the ingredients to prepare a wonderful hot soup in a few minutes. If you grind it in a blender, you have an impressive velvety mushroom soup.
