The common elements of this extraordinary union between North and South are respect for tradition, the courage to experiment, the search for perfection and beauty. Above all, it is a love for handmade preparations, completely “Made in Italy”, which brings together the best of fashion and pastry.
Panettone was born in the Italian North. Although its sweetness soon won over neighboring Switzerland, it remains a symbol of the city of Milan. Its classic shape resembles something between a dome and a tiara. An imposing dessert that stands on a cylindrical base and dominates the center of the table. However, we very often find it made on an octagonal base or in the shape of a star. It is now widely distributed in individual packages, adorning the tableware of every diner.
