Activated carbon soap! Activated carbon is carbon infused with oxygen and intended for skin care products. This oxygenation creates a super-porous surface, increasing the carbon’s ability to absorb matter and toxins. Perhaps it is the most absorbent cosmetic ingredient with the ability to absorb thousands of times its weight.
This super-absorbency, as well as its antibacterial properties, makes activated carbon an ideal ingredient for all skin types. It is used in acne products to remove impurities, treat pimples, and prevent further acne breakouts. It suits all skin types as an antiaging ingredient, as it tightens pores and smoothes the skin. The soaps are patiently matured for at least 8 weeks. Keep your soap longer by placing it in a container that drains the water.
