Rahat is an innovative product! It is a handmade black halva made from 100% carob flour, 100% carob honey, whole grain tahini, raw sugar and ground peanuts.
Halva is a healthy and very nutritious tahini-based dessert that comes from grinding sesame seeds. It is a snack that can be enjoyed at any time of the day, providing energy and strength to the body — the perfect sweet treat during fasting.

A few words about the company
The Eleftheriou family, refugees from Axos in Cappadocia, settled in Drama. Over the years and after many efforts they managed to create a product with its own personality and character, the Eleftheriou halva mastic. Mstichatos means kneading not only with the hands, but first with the soul and the senses.
The new generation uses the skills and experience of the older ones and, combined with new technologies, creates new innovative products.
