One of the traditional sweets of Syros is halva pie. Between two thin leaves of wafer, the consumer tastes a mixture of thyme honey, sugar, water, vanilla and glucose.
This particular halva pie is enriched with lemon and freshly roasted Greek almonds. Handmade product.
