Studies show that drinking green tea can have a positive effect on the body. The steam processing of Sencha green tea gives it the highest levels of vitamins and antioxidants compared to other green teas. Tea with a sweet taste and golden color.

For each cup we recommend 2 grams of Green Tea or a pyramid for a 200ml cup of tea. Add fresh hot filtered water (80oC) to the special container and leave it for 2-3 minutes with the lid closed to release its essential oils. It can be served plain or with honey.
