Extra virgin organic olive oil, of the Koroneiki variety from Messinia, which is harvested between November 1 and 20. After natural sedimentation, it is bottled unfiltered, thus maintaining its quality unchanged. Cold pressed, with less than 0.19% acidity.
It has a rich fruity aroma, with a low-intensity bitter and medium-intensity spicy aftertaste. Goes well with salads, legumes, soups, fish, and white meat. Available in glass packaging.
