Olive trees that are grown organically and at an altitude of over 800m, where nature works its magic and offers an excellent batch of olive oil in a small quantity. Spicy and fruity olive oil, with notes of fresh grass and pepper.
It is ideal for salads and dips, the perfect ingredient to make homemade pesto and accompany a freshly cut beef carpaccio.
