Epirroes – Extra Virgin Olive Oil!
An extra virgin olive oil of the highest category, Manaki variety, harvested from the olive groves of Arcadia. An olive oil of pleasant sweetness, with an intense fruity aroma with notes of tomato, apple, banana and grass, as well as a moderate intensity of bitterness and spiciness.
The harvest begins in early November using mechanical methods and the oil extraction is done using the cold pressing method, which is completed within 24 hours of harvest, thus ensuring the superior quality and preservation of the antioxidant properties of the olive oil.
Storage is carried out in certified stainless steel nitrogen tanks to ensure that the olive oil does not oxidize and maintains all its nutrients intact before standardization. The oil is extracted at an olive mill in Arcadia, while standardization is completed in Kyparissia, Messinia.
It is ideal for cold and hot salads, white meat, grilled mushrooms and fish, and is an excellent choice for sauces and vinaigrettes.

Our roots are in Messinia, Arcadia and Naxos. Our parents spent their childhood there, forging the values and traditions they inherited from us. The land offered them its wealth, while from generation to generation it was cultivated with effort and dedication. We, in turn, keep the gastronomic tradition alive by offering its fruits with gratitude and pride.
