Papastathis Farm is dedicated to perfecting the art of pistachio cultivation while making steady and upward strides in the processing and marketing of the product. Its product is cultivated on privately owned land, processed and roasted in its state-of-the-art facilities.

The shelled pistachio of the Papastathis Farm is a product of identity of the Thessalian and Phthiotic land, the fruit of 7500 pistachio trees. This particular product is the result of a combination of a multitude of factors that give it its special characteristics and make it irresistible. The special geomorphological and climatic characteristics of the area as well as the meticulous agricultural care with the demanding management specifications result in the product described. Soil analyses in combination with those of leaf diagnosis, are the tools of communication with the trees, in order to ensure a fertile nutritional environment for them.
