Ladolea – Organic Sweet Vinegar with Pergamon is of Agiorgitiki variety. The vineyards are located in the area of Nemea in Corinth and the wine used for its preparation is PDO. The grapes are harvested in September.

Ladolea organic vinegar has strong aromas of bergamot, notes of dried citrus and spices. Combines harmoniously with green salads, fish, red pasta sauces, marinades.
