Medéleon is the result of a shared vision that brings together Greek olive-growing tradition and modern nutritional science. Produced exclusively from the family-owned grove of Apostolos and Anita Maltezos in Katouna, Western Greece, this single-estate extra virgin olive oil is crafted entirely from Koroneiki olives, one of Greece’s most celebrated varieties.

The olives are harvested early by hand and cold-extracted within just 12 hours of picking, preserving their vibrant aromas, freshness and naturally occurring antioxidants. Elegant and well-balanced, Medéleon offers fresh green fruit aromas, a pleasant bitterness and a refined peppery finish—hallmarks of a premium early-harvest olive oil.

Rich in natural polyphenols (821 mg/kg) and certified under the EU Health Claim (Regulation EU 432/2012), it combines exceptional flavour with recognised nutritional value.
