Astarti – Organic small Carob & Oat Rusks has been created with certified Greek organic raw materials from small producers. The flours are organic from whole grain oats from a stone mill and the natural unprocessed sea salt of Kythera. Organic Carob & Oat rusks have the following nutritional characteristics:
- high in fibre
- without sugars
You can add the oats rusk whole or crushed to salads or like cereal to milk.
Oats are a hardy cereal that can be grown even in difficult soils. It is an excellent source of phosphorus, as well as copper, biotin, vitamin B1, magnesium, manganese, chromium, zinc, but also protein.
