Description
Organic carob syrup from the fruits of the carob tree with a mild, sweet taste. It can be used as a sweetener for cakes, tahini, hot and cold drinks, yogurt, ice cream and rice. Excellent instead of sugar.
Carob honey is also known as a traditional medicine for coughs and sore throats. It is high in calcium (almost three times the amount of milk). Only Cretan carob trees are used for its production.
