A handmade organic herbal blend with only organically grown herbs from Rhodope.
Contains lemon verbena and mint leaves, lemon pieces. A lemony and aromatic drink due to the verbena and lemon, cool and refreshing, excellently combined with the mint. Caffeine-free, vegan. Try it hot with a spoonful of honey or cold.

The main figures of grizo & prasino are Kostas and Angeliki.
They live in Thrace and there they explore, dream and produce with dedication, respect and honesty truly organic herbs and inspired botanical drinks. They remain faithful even now, and always, to the detail that makes the difference. They want their drinks to fill the cup in front of them in the gray and green moments of everyday life.
The work starts in the field. The main concern is maintaining balance in the soil, for this reason all required cultivation techniques are applied with minimal use of machinery.
Harvesting is done by hand. Only the appropriate plant parts from each species are collected and transported to the sorting area. This is where defoliation begins, the leaves or flowers are separated from the stem, it is the only processing that the herbs undergo. It is made entirely by hand with care, passion and patience.
This is followed by drying, the natural process during which most of the moisture contained in fresh herbs is removed. A modern electric dryer is used for this process, which allows for precise control of all parameters, taking into account the specific characteristics and requirements of each herb.
After the necessary humidity controls and the application of the final sorting, the herbs are airtightly packaged and stored in a space protected from light and moisture.
