Organic extra virgin olive oil with notably low acidity of 0.4, offers slightly spicy notes on the palate and gathers all the advantages of an organic final product. No chemicals are used to cultivate the trees, the enemies of the olive are fought with natural methods and the oil is subjected to strict controls.

A combination of Amfissis and Koroneiki varieties. The spicy tone of Koroneiki and the mild character of Amfissa are in such proportion that a new unrepeatable flavor emerges.
