Astarti – Kythera Salt is collected by hand from inaccessible and dangerous rocks and the production follows the real rhythms of nature. For this reason the quantities are very limited. This particular salt has special taste characteristics because they are found on the rocks and under the sun. Astarti calls this process the collection and production of Wild Salt Hunt.
The unprocessed natural sea salt contains sodium but also an additional 91 different minerals in ideal proportions. Thus it is an important source of minerals and trace elements that the body needs to function properly.
Use it as a seasoning in your cooking or as a solution for mouth and nose washes.
