Green olives from Chalkidiki which are carved and left in water, salt, vinegar and lemon. Their processing is done through natural fermentation and slow ripening so that the olives retain all their nutritional and flavorful characteristics and their crispy flesh.

A few words about the company

The company is based in N. Olynthos, Chalkidiki and is active in the processing and packaging of special and fine oils, implementing the ISO 22000 food safety management system.

Its goal and special concern is to produce products of high nutritional value and taste, processing them only in a natural and traditional way without chemical additives, with natural thickening and slow ripening. Thus ensuring all the nutritional and taste characteristics of its products.
