The rolling olives are harvested in October after they have ripened sufficiently so that they can be processed in an innovative way. This ensures their large size, sweet taste and crispy flesh.
The name of the olive comes from the way it is processed. The olives are placed in a barrel with the appropriate amount of salt and then the barrel is rolled frequently to coat the olives with their juices.
A few words about the company
The company is based in N. Olynthos, Chalkidiki and is active in the processing and packaging of special and fine oils, implementing the ISO 22000 food safety management system.
Its goal and special concern is to produce products of high nutritional value and taste, processing them only in a natural and traditional way without chemical additives, with natural thickening and slow ripening. Thus ensuring all the nutritional and taste characteristics of its products.
