Kyklopas – Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil!
A single variety extra virgin olive oil with an exceptionally low acidity , produced from the Makri olive, which has unique characteristics thanks to the local microclimate and the estate’s soil structure, and is harvested in the middle of October. Characterized by fruitiness of mid to high intensity with enhanced tones of fresh green olive and green banana, artichoke and freshly cut grass. The oil is extracted within 4-8 hours of harvest and cold pressed under optimal conditions. Complex in taste, yet delicate with moderate bitter and spicy tones, it is best consumed raw as a finishing touch to all your dishes. Τhe most awarded Greek olive oil!

A few words about the company
Kyklopas is a family-owned business whose story began several generations ago. Argyris Kelidis grew up immersed in the world of olives, learning from both his father and mother. With a strong foundation and deep knowledge passed down to him, he and his wife, Niki Kelidou, decided to create their own olive mill in 1982, together with their growing family.
The Kyklopas olive mill was built in Makri, in one of the oldest olive groves in the Mediterranean, next to Homer’s Cyclops cave and the ancient Via Egnatia. Today, after years of constant learning, passion, and dedication, the Kelidis family cultivates 12,000 olive trees—along with 2,000 organically grown trees of the local variety. They produce Kyklopas extra virgin olive oil, the most awarded extra virgin olive oil in Greece.
