Description
Agrozimi – Striftaria!
Striftaria is a traditional handmade pasta with a different name per region in Greece. Thin sheets of dough were “twisted,” which is why they are called striftaria, either by hand or with the help of a thin, elongated wooden tool. For this particular pasta, Agrozimi uses specially milled semolina from the heart of the wheat.
Due to its shape, it holds sauces, making it the ideal pasta for pasta salads.
