The beehives gradually move through different altitudes until reaching the mountain landscapes of Kozani and Kastoria, where wild vegetation offers nectar from a wide variety of flowers and aromatic herbs.
This honey stands out for its bright aroma and layered flavour profile with notes of wild mint, mountain tea, acacia, oregano and sage. Its light colour and fluid texture make it a beautifully balanced everyday honey.
Due to its naturally high pollen content, blossom honey crystallizes relatively quickly a natural process that reflects its authenticity and minimal processing.

Beetrip is a Greek beekeeping project inspired by nature’s rhythm and the rich biodiversity of Greece. The beehives travel across the country, from mountain meadows and wild herb fields to dense forests and pine landscapes, allowing the bees to gather nectar from diverse ecosystems.
