Lalagia is a traditional recipe found in Messinia and Laconia and especially in Mani. Lalagia are fried and crispy and made from flour and oil. The recipe can be modified from region to region, it can be salty or sweet.
Christopoulos workshop presents us the authentic handmade lalagia of Mani with olive oil from Kalamata with whole wheat flour. A snack that goes well with cheeses, fruits, honey and Kalamata olives.
