Description
These are cultivated mushrooms of the species Tremella fuciformis Berk. (1856) (English: white fungus, Japanesse: shiro kikurage). Whole dried Tremella mushrooms in a plastic jar tightly closed. Yellow mushrooms with a characteristic mushroom aroma and a very nice taste.
