The Fiasconaro story
In Castelbuono, a village nestled in the heart of Sicily’s Madonie region, the Fiasconaro family story began in 1953. What started as a small ice-cream shop in the village’s main square has grown into an internationally recognised name in Italian pastry-making, bringing the flavours and aromas of Sicily to more than 75 countries.
At the heart of Fiasconaro’s approach lies a deep connection to its origins: naturally leavened dough, carefully selected ingredients and respect for the time each creation needs. The panettone undergoes a slow, approximately 36-hour leavening process, developing its delicate texture and distinctive aromas.
Citrus fruits, almonds, pistachios, honey and other treasures of the Sicilian land give the creations their unmistakable character. Guided by tradition and the creative vision of master pastry chef Nicola Fiasconaro, each cake reflects the place from which it comes.
A family story that continues to evolve while remaining true to the flavours, heritage and spirit of Sicily.
