The olive oil is effortlessly “cold” released from the olive paste and juice under controlled low temperatures throughout the oiling process, without the addition of water.
The final product is thick and cloudy due to being unfiltered. It has rich organoleptic characteristics, vitamins, polyphenols and fatty acids. The intense aromas of fruits such as banana, mango, pear as well as flowers subtly combine with tones of tomato, grass and olive leaves, creating a harmonious and “sweet” olive oil with a long aftertaste.
You will find it in a special package so that you don’t lose a single drop. Goes well with salads and potatoes, vanilla ice cream and Greek yogurt.
