Ladolea – Fleur de Sel in Ceramic!
Fleur de Sel from the lagoon of Messolonghi. An unprocessed, raw and natural table salt, which is traditionally picked from the surface of the salt flats in August. It enhances the taste of meat and fish, it is suitable for salads and especially sweets.
You will find it in a handmade ceramic, opaque bowl to block the penetration of light and keep the aroma and taste of the spice unchanged. Its shape is inspired by the ancient dishes used in the area of Messolonghi, with which salt, spices and herbs were served. Comes with a wooden spoon.
