At the time when the transport of wine was at its peak, it was transported by sailing ships in the midst of storms. During the voyages many barrels of red wine were overturned on the decks and so the wine was mixed with the salt crystals. Through these misfortunes the legendary salt in red wine was born.
Match this special salt with meat and fish, with vegetable puree and homemade sauces. Available in an elegant grinder to decorate your table.
