LIA produces a premium extra virgin olive oil that promises to sprinkle Messinian bliss on the family table. Its exceptional taste, aroma and characteristics are the result of painstaking effort, from cultivation to storage.
At LIA, they combine traditional farming methods with modern techniques. They still harvest their olives by hand just like their parents. They take care that the fruit and the tree are not damaged, using only linen bags to transport the fruit to the oil mill on the same day of harvest. They use exclusively the cold-pressing method to ensure that the nutritional values, taste and aroma are transferred to the olive oil pulp.
Also available in a metal anniversary packaging that protects the oil from light and maintains its top quality. The bottles are stored in a cool place at normal temperature.
