Pine honey is rich in phenols and trace elements, has antibacterial action and antioxidant elements that strengthen the body. Honey with a slightly dark color and a rich taste.
Every spring and autumn, beehives are transported to a virgin pine forest in Thassos, from where one of the tastiest and highest quality pine honeys produced in Greece is collected.
