Velouitinos table olives, unripe green and ripe black, come from 4 different varieties of organic farming or integrated management, with special characteristics. They are gently processed and packaged in a modified atmosphere to retain their characteristics unchanged, without the addition of preservatives. An important innovation of Veloutinos is the production of Thassos trumpet olive with minimal salt, which is a very popular product.
