Villa Manodori – Aged Barolo Vinegar is produced by D.O.C.G. Barolo Wine following the traditional way and matures in oak barrels.
An excellent product of high quality, beautifully clear and bright, with a nice red color combined with an orange hue.
Its intensely sour aroma and the special characteristics of its taste are reminiscent of the body and the peculiarities of the wine with which it is made.
