Prickly pears are the fruit of the well-known prickly pear cactus. Not all varieties are edible but they grow in abundance in Greece. Prickly pears have a unique nutrient composition that has beneficial effects on our health and immune system.
Anthea’s collects organic prickly pears from Kea and creates an excellent chutney that accompanies extremely cold dishes, cheeses and vegetables.
