A timeless Italian Christmas tradition, reimagined through the refined aesthetic of ETRO. This panettone is made with type “00” soft wheat flour from selected mills in Basilicata and slowly leavened over 72 hours, creating a soft texture with an indulgent, delicately contrasting bite.
Fresh butter, egg yolks and sourdough form the base of the recipe, complemented by organic candied fruit such as sour cherries, oranges, lemon peel, mandarin paste and citron. The approach reflects Aimo e Nadia’s culinary philosophy: respect for exceptional ingredients and the care required to bring out their best.
