Organic flat beans from Variko, Florina, with a high protein and fiber content. They are grown following traditional methods and harvested by hand depending on their ripeness. This method of harvesting adds to the unique flavor of the product and the reduced time required for preparation and cooking. In addition, it ensures all the nutritional elements of the product.
Consuming beans is beneficial for the body. They help reduce sugar and cholesterol, benefit the heart, contain iron and vitamin B. They also contain soluble and insoluble fiber which helps in the proper functioning of the digestive system.

A little about the company
Varecon is a family-owned organic farming business, based in Variko, Florina, Greece. The family, with two 4th and 5th generation agronomists and producers (father and son respectively) and with the grandparents now… for supervision, combine scientific knowledge with farming experience and love for the place they grew up in, for its traditions and values, produces and offers its own products.
