Certified organic vinegar by ICEA of Italy, this balsamic vinegar has been produced through a unique process at Villa Manodori. Its intense aroma and harmonious taste was created without the use of wooden maturing barrels.
Organic Trebbiano grapes are converted into must and artfully mixed with vinegar from organic Chianti grapes. Thus this organic vinegar is a unique match of Villa Manodori – Balsamic Vinegar Artigianale.
