This honey is collected by the bees of the company Nomad from the fir forests of Evritania. You will love it for its delicate taste, its golden almost iridescent color and its pleasant viscous texture. Traces of vanilla and caramel remain on the palate with each spoon.
Fir honey is relatively rare in Greece and is produced only in a few places, one of which is the dense forest area of Evritania. Aromatic honey, light and golden, with a depth of taste that hides all the secrets of high altitude fir forests.
